Do guests need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code on the table and the menu opens in the phone’s browser, in Arabic or English.
What does the setup fee cover?
49 JD once, on every plan, and free when you pay yearly: we build your menu, tidy your photos and print a QR card for every table.
Do I need a tablet or a computer?
No. Everything runs on a phone: the dashboard and the counter are a web app you install to the home screen. If you already have a tablet, it works there too.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. An upgrade starts at once and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade starts at your next renewal, and nothing is deleted.
What counts as one Basic edit?
One request, in one message, touching up to 5 items: change 3 prices, or add a dish with its photo. Unused edits don’t roll over.
How do reviews work?
Every guest who rates their visit sees the same Google review card, whatever the rating. Their private feedback also comes straight to you, and low ratings alert the manager.
Is Ask Amuse safe with allergies?
Ask Amuse only answers from what your menu lists, and always asks guests to confirm allergies with the waiter.
What about a second branch?
The first branch is included. Each extra branch is a monthly add-on, on the same plan. Basic is for one branch, so chains start at Pro.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or CliQ. Your invoice comes in Arabic and English a week before renewal.
